Threadfin Fish Steak In Special Sauce

I wasn't feeling well these days, maybe its due to the weather or its my body being too heaty?! I dun reali haf much appetite & watever i taste i juz find them too tasteless. Will u gals feels the same way sometimes?!
Think its time that i reali need something with strong flavours to perk up my appetite. Woah...tis is so appetising, goes great with a serving of plain rice.

Ingredients;
2 slices threadfin fish ( i sued a tail portion & a center pc)
1 pc 3cm size old ginger, shred
Oil for shallow frying
Garnishes

Dark soy sauce;
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
3/4 tbsp sugar
50ml water
-Mix all ingredients together.

Garlic soy sauce;
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp oil
3 tbsp light soy sauce
150ml water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Pinch of salt
-Pan fry garlic in oil till fragrant, add remaining ingredients & boil over low heat.

Method;
-Shallow fry fish in oil till cooked, drained.
-Fry ginger in 1 tbsp oil for about 5-7 mins low medium heat.
-Stir in the 2 sauces, bring to boil.
-Return fish to wok, simmer till sauce dries up.
-Garnish & serve.
-Enjoy!
