2 big tbsp grounded peanuts (tbsp for soup)

-Mix all ingredients for sauce together, pour over the tauhu goreng. Enjoy!

Brown Rice Crunch

Hi Everyone,

U all can't believe it,even i myself oso can't believe it. On my way out to buy lunch from the nearby canteen juz now, there's this distributor selling healthy brown rice snack.

I couldn't resist the temptation to pause for a while to read through the details on the phamplets.
And so, i bought some of the products to try out so they are healthier as compared to chips.

See, i bought so much! but onli bought the crunch. Other than the crunch, they oso haf Brown Rice Miso Soup & Brown Rice Miso Porridge

This is the Brown Rice Cheese Crunch. yum yum... i tried the sample & its fantastic. The cheese taste isn't too overpowdering, i'm still able to taste the brown rice flavour.

This is the original taste, onli brown rice, taste much better than the soya flavour.

Recalling back, Adam did mentioned to me that there's this brown rice snack new in the market. Think should be this Healthy ones :-)

Noodle Delight

Hi all,
Brought Adam to Ichiban Sushi @ AMK Hub for lunch yesterday. After placing our order, realise that it was actually a noodle feast. Most of the dishes we order were noodle dish.

This is Hiroshimayaki, its stir fried noodle wrapped in between 2 layer of fried eggs. Its may looks appealing, but the taste & texture cannot make it. Noodle is tasteless, egg is too hard, & when they served, its not hot at all.

Creamy Seafood Pasta, though its considered not bad, but the veggie taste too green, plus a bit hard & tough.

My all time favourite-Chasoba. This is healthy & not oily! Yummy....

A 'die die muz have' for me when eating japanese food----my favourite pink giner. They are well preserved, not too soggy, have a touch of crunchy~ness in them. They are lovely! .......yummy~licious

Having too much noodle, we ordered some sushi as well, other than this "golden catch" , we oso had "deep impact" & handrolls.

U noe something, we came to a conclusion that afterall, its a better choice to stick to normal jap food like soba, ramen, udon & sushi etc... in ichiban sushi. haha....

Pan Fried Radish Cake

Our family had fried radish cake for breakfast yesterday. I made steamed radish on sat evening, leave it to cool overnite & pan fried them the following day.

My mum prefer the steamed version as she said is soft & tasty. But i beg to differ. Unless its being drizzled with hoisin sauce, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds & fried shallots. Haha....

My dad & brothers prefer pan fried radish cake served with sambal chilli. As there's a layer of crispyness outside, soft & tender inside. It makes a great supper for us when we were watching euro 2008 match between Portugal & Turkey.
Due to the excitement of euro 2008 season, i can't reali recall the exact recipe as i did the kueh based on agar~ration. keke.....
