Woah ha...finally its not my turn to haf craving. Yes tis time round its mum. Surprisingly rite? Ya, ever since our floor party in august, mum's been craving for the sweet & sour fish which chef them demonstrated on that day.
Well, being a filial daughter, i helped mum to satisfy her crave.
Ingredients;
Dory fish
1/2 cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Bell pepper
Red chili
Oil for frying
Marinate;
Pinch of salt
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Few dashes of pepper
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Coating;
2 portion rice flour
1 portion plain flour
Sauce;
2 tbsp plum sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
5 tbsp tomato ketchup
3/4 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chili sauce
water
1 tbsp sesame oil
Method;
-Marinate fish for an hr, drained.
-Coat with coating & deep fried till crispy.
-Fry the remaining ingredients, add ingredinets for sauce(except for sesame oil) & bring to boil.
-Return fish to wok, mix well.
-Drizzle in sesame oil & serve.
-Enjoy!
