Dad love fish dishes, be it assam fish, thai style fish, fish head with bittergourd in bean paste sauce etc...all are his favourite. We used to frequent punggol seafood restaurant for their specialities but its been ages since we eat out.
We had a happy time enjoying dinner & I'm glad that we arranged a donner like tis. Hope that we are able to do tis more often as to strengthen our family bond.

铁板豆腐~Hotplate beancurd
豉酱苦瓜鱼头~Fish head bittergourd in bean paste sauce
蜜汁排骨~Deep fried spare-ribs with honey stewed sauce
虾卷~Whole shrimp with fish paste wrapped with beancurd sheet, deep fried & serve with mayonnaise.
