卤肉炒饭

I haf no idea wat to cook for lunch. Since there were some braised meat & rice left over from last nite dinner, nothing new but fried rice again.
Haha.... seems like I'm best at using leftovers to cook fried rice. I find that using different leftover ingredients & different seasonings, the finished product will be different.

Ingredients;
1 cup cooked rice
1 garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced
Some braised pork, cut into smaller pieces
1 beaten egg
1 stalk green onion, chopped
Oil for frying

Seasonings;
Pinch of salt
Oyster sauce
Light soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Braised meat sauce
Sugar
Ground corriandar

Method;

-Fry minced garlic & shallot in oil till fragrant, stir in braised meat.
-Push mixture to 1 side of the wok, stir in beaten egg & scrambled.
-Stir in cooked reice & oil, mix well.
-Add seasonings & half of the green onion.
-Continue to fry for 2 mins & serve.
-Sprinkle remaining onions on top.
-Enjoy!
