I didn't had breakfast this morning so i fry some kway teow as a mid morning meal for Jesper & myself.
It would be better if i had some yellow noodles so that it will be the char kway teow style. Since i only have kway teow in the fridge, guess i gotto make do with it.
Ingredients;
1 handful kway teow
1 handful beansprouts
Some chye sim
1 egg
Some chinese sausage, sliced
Some chichen breast, strips
1 fishcake, sliced
1 crabmeat stick, cubed
1 clove garlic, minced
Oil for frying
Seasonings;
2 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp chili paste
Some sweet dark sauce
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp water
Method;
-Scrambled egg in oil, push to side of wok.
-Fry chicken with garlic till fragrant, add chye sim.
-Stir in kway teow & remaining ingredients, give it a quick stir.
-Add seasonings & beansprouts.
-Fry well & serve.
-Enjoy!
