Ever since the fried beehoon which i had in JB's San lou seafood restaurant, been craving for the beehoon like every 2-3 days. It reali makes pple miss it & makes mi wanna copy the taste of the bee hoon.
Ingredients;
1 pkt rice vermicelli
1 bunch chye sim
80g beansprouts
2 eggs, beaten
Some shredded cabbage & carrots
1 fillet chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic, minced
Oil for frying
Seasonings;
Pinch of salt & msg
Dark soy sauce
Sweet soy sauce
Light soy sauce
Water/stock
Method;
-Soak rice vermicelli till soften, drained.
-Scrambled eggs in oil, push to side of wok.
-Fry garlic, carrots, cabbage, chye sim & chicken till chicken turns pale.
-Dish up ingredients, set aside for later use.
-Fry rice vermicelli with some water till soft, stir in beansprouts & seasonings.
-When rice vermicelli are almost done, return cooked ingredients to wok, mixed till incorporated & serve.
-Enjoy!
