Wat's for breakfast? I can't wait to eat the freshly bought chee chong fun.
I finally found the chee chong fun which i've been looking for. The type made in factories, pack in a pack of 10 pcs & deliverys to markets for sale. I used to buy them from an aunty when the old market is still around, but since it had been demolished, i couldn't get to taste fresh chee chong fun anymore.
The frozen type which can be found in supermarkets aren't as nice, like i said, they r frozen. haha.....Well, i prepared normal sweet sauce with the chee chong fun for mum. As for mi, I've craving for garlic & beansprouts, therefore...........
Ingredients;
2 roll chee chong fun
2 clove garlic, minced
1 handful beansprouts
1 stalk spring onion, chopped
Some fried shallots
Some roasted sesame seeds
Oil for frying
Sauce;
1 tsp hot chili paste
1 1/2 tsp hoisin sauce
1-2 drops dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
20ml water
Methos;

-Fry garlic in oil till brown, add sprouts & fry for a min.
-Stir in chee chong fun & sauce.
-Give it a quick stir b4 the beansprouts are overcooked.
-Sprinkle with fried shallots, sesame seeds & green onions.
-Enjoy!
