I specially request mum to cook some 糯米饭 on tis holiday so that i can use them as fillings to stuffed the chicken winglets. I been wanting to prepare tis dish as it was super time consuming. Still need to debone the wings, marinate and stuff, luckily i haf the time to do so today.
Ingredients;
5 chicken wings
Some cooked savoury glutinous rice (糯米饭)
Oil for deep frying
Coating;
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp chicken powder seasoning
Marinate;
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp terriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
Pinch of baking soda
Method,
-Wash and clean chicken wings, remove bones from middle wing.
-Marinade the wings, set aside in fridge for at least 3 hrs.
-Stuffed glutinous rice into the chicken wings, sew with toothpick.
-Coat with the flours and deep fried in hot oil till golden brown.
-Serve with thai chili sauce.
-Enjoy!
