Bacon Veggie Rolls

I forgot to buy plain yoghurt for my potato salad and thus decided to give it a miss, but how shall i deal with the bacon other than making the usual rolls with chicken franks or cherry tomatoes? Since I have plenty of time to make preparations, i decided to prepare some veggie rolls. The troublesome procedure is i still gotto shred all the veggie, fry the fillings and let cook b4 roll.

Ingredients;
5 slices of bacon
3 seafood sticks
Some roasted sesame seeds

Fillings;
3 baby carrots, cut into sticks
Some string beans or french beans, shred
2 dried mushroom, soaked and shred
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying

Sauce;
2 portion mushroom water
1 portion water
Oyster sauce
Salt
Sugar
Thickening agent

Method,
-Cut each slice of bacon into 3.
-Unroll crabmeat stick, cut into 6 pcs.
-Prepare fillings by frying them together, let cool and awaits rolling.
-Place a slice of crabmeat over bacon, place some fillings over, roll up and secure with a toothpick.
-Continue until all finishes.
-On a non-stick frying pan, grill the bacon roll until brown on all sides.
-Bring sauce to boil, drizzle over bacon veggie rolls.
-Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and serve.
-Enjoy!
