Begining Of My Brown Rice Diet

I haf to start my diet, i'm feeling so fat. Hmm... do i go for grapfruit diet, lemonade diet, fruit juice detox etc..All well, all those can be done on weekdays when i'm on for work rite? Its a gd chance to skip lunch. Since I'm at home and in order to spare all the nagging of not eat solid food from Dad, i decided to eat wholegrains. Morever its HEALTHY. Okie okie...in the end I still got nagged by Dad cuz he hates the sight of brown rice. Gosh....

Ingredients;
Chicken breast strips
Carrot sticks
Mushroom slices
French beans, shred
Garlic, minced
Steamed brown rice
Pinch of salt
Oyster sauce
Roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp chili paste

Method;
-Marinate chicken breast with oyster sauce and garlic for 2 hrs.
-Fry garlic with mushroom till fragrant, toss in carrots and french beans.
-Continue to fry for 2 mins, add 2 tbsp water to soften, season with pinch of salt.
-Pan fry chicken breast till cooked.
-Assemble veggie and chicken over hot brown rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds, top with chili paste.
-When bout to eat, mix well, juz like the korean hot stone rice.
-Enjoy!

I'm bout to finish soon. Brown rice taste delicious, not like wat other pple always comment that its so tough, grainy, full of husk etc...
*Noted that i didn't add any oil when cooking cuz i wanna cut down on the fats. Actually all is best to be steamed.
