The funny thing about Jesper is that when he saw so many dishes which he likes, he mentioned that the reason y i cooked so many dish is to haf a belated b-day celebration for him. Oh well, even though its late by a week, doesn't matter as he still appreciate the effort. haha...so sweet rite? erm...but he still doesn't noe my standard. so long as i'm at home and can spare the time, i will definately spend some time to cook something for the family.
Ingredients;
Some beancurd sheets
5 giant prawns, minced
3 water chestnuts, chopped
2 baby carrots, chopped
1 stalk corriander, chopped
Oil for frying
Seasoning,
1 tsp light soy sauce
Pinch of salt
Dash of pepper and corriander powder
1/2 egg white
1 tsp sesame oil
Method;
-Marinate prawn paste with all the seasonings.
-Add in all the chopped ingredients and mix well.
-Cut beancurd sheets into 4 by 3 cm size.
-When u r ready to wrap, soak each sheet of beancurd sheet in lukewarm water, squeeze out excess water.
-Wipe dry with kitchen towel.
-Place a tsp of mixture in the center, fold in 2 sides, roll up.
-Continue until mixture finished.
-Deep fried seafood rolls in hot oil till golden brown.
-Drained and garnish.
-Serve with chili sauce.
-Enjoy!
