Red Bean Pudding

Wat does it means when I'm at home during public holidays? Oh well, my family are in for a treat (",) I made some desserts for Dad and Adam since there were some leftovers red bean soup in the fridge. I'm so delighted with the overall result, especially the presentation. I juz can't bear to eat it! haha...

Ingredients;
7g agar agar strips
300ml red bean soup
3ooml water
Some mashed red beans
2 screwpine leaves, knotted
3 tbsp sugar
100ml skimmed milk
1-2 drops pink colouring

Method;
-Soaked agar agar strips in water till soften.
-Boil red bean soup and water with screwpine leaves.
-Remove screwpine leaves, add pre-soak agar agar strips.
-Boil until agar agar dissolved.
-Remove from heat and stir in sugar till dissolved.
-When mixture slightly cooled, stir in milk, colouring and red beans.
-Pour into jelly cups to set, chill in fridge.
-Serve with evaporated milk and mint leaves.
-Enjoy!

Wow...looks yummy~licious. Doesn't it looks like Japanese dessert?! haha...
