Ever since the making of my red bean dessert, Adam's been pestering me to make him some mango pudding. I dun haf yellow colouring at home, thus the final product looks more natural and healthy. Lucky i added some mango juice for the colour and smell. Wow...
Ingredients;
2 ripe mango, 1 diced, 1 puree
200ml mango juice
100ml skimmed milk
600ml water
3 tbsp sugar
8g agar agar strips
Method;
-Bring water to boil, add agar agar strips and cook till dissolved
-Add sugar to taste.
-Off heat and stir in juice, milk and puree.
-Pour into mould with mango cubes, allow to set.
-Enjoy!
