Crispy Lotus Root Chips

I'm not in the lotus root's craze even though i cooked lotus roots twice a day. Oh ya, i had lotus roots soup for dinner last nite. Haha... Oh well, wat to do cuz i bought a roll of lotus root which was the size of a christmas log cake. Yes, sounds scary ya? keke...
Hey, I realised that these lotus root chips makes a great snack, but deep fried is a bit sinful. For healthier choice, maybe i should opt for baking instead. Well, tt shall be for the next round.

Ingredients,
Lotus root
Cornflour
Chicken flavour coating
Oil for deep frying

Method;
-Wash clean lotus roots, slice thinly, den cut into semi-circle.
-Dry on kitchen towel to remove moisture.
-Mix the 2 flours together & toss lotus root slices in them.
-Deep fried in hot oil till crispy.
-Serve with thai chili sauce.
-Enjoy!
