Spicy String Beans with Scrambled Eggs

Yeah...its finally Holiday! I been waiting for tis day for 2 months, ever since CNY holiday. Been so bz with work, ots, projects and exams, tis is gonna be a gd break for mi. As i was scanning through my documents, realised that i forgot to post some of the food which i cooked last sunday and today i'm gonna cook more. Oops...think i better post some b4 it end up overdue. keke....

Whenever i passed by malay food stalls in the hawker centers, i will stop for a while and admire the plate of fried string beans. The way malays cook the veggie are always so green and makes them looks so colourful. Nice looking things acts as eye soothers, haha...oh well especially when it comes to food. I been having string beans crave for almost 2 days and i dun care, die die i gotto have it today. haha....

After cooking tis dish den i realised that i should follow my heart and add in 2 eggs as tt was my initial intention. However, i was so afraid of the high cholesterol from eggs, onli gave myself the minimum. haha.....but afterall it still taste wonderful.

Ingredients,
1 handful string beans, cut into 3 cm length
2 baby carrot, cut into sticks
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp homemade chili paste
1 small onion, wedged
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp water
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying

Method,
-Fry garlic in oil till fragrant, stir in carrot sticks.
-Add string beans, fry for 2 mins b4 adding in onions and chili paste.
-Add pinch of salt and 1 tbsp water, mix well and cover for a min.
-Drizzle beaten egg over and toss well.
-Serve & enjoy!
