The following dish is considered a regular dish on our family's dinner menu. Mum always cook them without baked beans, making the dish dry & sticky. However, i prefer mine wetter, so that i can mix the sauce with rice.
Ingredients;
3 potatoes
3 chicken franks
1 small can baked beans
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
½ tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
Oil for frying
Method;
-Cut potatoes into strips, slice chicken franks by the width, into circular shape.
-Deep fried potatoes & sausages till browned, drained.
-Lay onto serving dish.
-Fry baked beans with tomato ketchup, sugar & water.
-When sauce comes to boil, drizzle over fries & sausages.
-Enjoy!
