Baby Kailan & Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce

1 of Adam & Jesper favourite vegetables is baby kailan but mum dun usually cook them.
Y? Cuz she finds that its rather difficult to buy those reali pretty, young & fresh ones. Supermarket always them prepack in a packets, if u r in luck or u dun mind throwing away those ugly & tough ones on the outside.
I managed to choose a fresh & good pack when i was at the supermarket & my brothers were overjoyed.

Ingredients;
1 pkt baby kalian
3 dried mushrooms, soaked & sliced
5 medium prawns
50g lean meat, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1½ tbsp oyster sauce
Dash of salt
20 ml stock
Oil for frying
Fried shallots

Method;
-Remove shell & veins from prawns.
-Cut each baby kalian into 2 or 3 sections, wash thoroughly.
-Heat I tbsp oil, fry garlic with mushrooms till fragrant, add baby kalian & fry till soft.
-Add seasoning & stock to baby kalian, cover with lid for about 5 mins.
-Remove lid, add meat & prawns.
-Stir fry till prawns cooked.
-Sprinkle with fried shallots & serve.
-Enjoy!
