Garlic Sweet Pork

I'm experimenting to cook something different in a different way. ??? wat am i talking about??? "Different way?" Yes & i mean its not being cooked in the way which i normally does, ai yah...no worries lah, trial & error mah, can learn something new as well. haha....
I marinated the meat 1st, adding all the seasonings to them, fry them with garlic & serve. The difference for meat cooked this way is that the inside will be full of marinade flavours, mild touch of garlic on the outside.

Not too bad afterall, but comes to think of it, i still prefer my usual cooking way, 1st-marinate, 2nd-fry till cooked, 3rd-add sauce & simmer till dry. haha....

Ingredients
380g lean meat, cubed
2 clove garlic, minced
Oil for frying
½ tbsp cornflour
50ml water

Marinate;
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet sauce( kicap manis)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp sugar
Dash of salt
½ tbsp sesame oil
Few dashes of pepper
½ tsp ground coriander

Method;
-Combine all ingredients for marinate in a large bowl, add in lean meat & set in the fridge for at least 3hrs.
-Stir in cornflour 20mins b4 frying.
-Heat oil in wok, fry garlic till brown, add in meat & fry till cooked.
-Add water, reduce heat & simmer till dry.
-Serve with lettuce or plain rice.
-Enjoy!
