清炒西洋菜

Seems like i haven had enough of watercess. Other than being cooked in soup, watercess can be stir fry as well & they taste great. Refreshing, chewy & tasty. Something different as compared to the normal watercess which we normally eat.


Ingredients;
1 bunch watercess
1 clove garlic, minced
150g minced pork
Dash of salt
Oil for frying

Method;
-Trim off stem from watercess.
-Fry garlic in 1 tbsp oil till fragrant.
-Add minced pork, fry till loosen.
-Add watercess, fry for about 3 mins.
-Season with salt, continue to fry for another 2 mins.
-Serve.

*Do not stir fry for too long as watercess tends to become watery.
