Tom Yam Fried Rice

I didn't noe that since when i have become a 饭桶?! I been craving for rice dishes recently & i myself noe tt for someone like mi who's trying to shed some kgs off should cut down on carbohydrates stuff.
Hmm..but too bad, i can't resist temptations of the yummy, soft, chewy grains of rice! :-P
I was thinking to cook or not to cook tom yam fried rice.But...but...the crave is too strong!Oh gosh......as usual,accordingly to normal practise, eat 1st den excerise later! haha...

This is the 1st time i'm adding bean sprouts to fried rice, it adds a crunch & veggie freshness to the rice. U noe, even though fried rice is not very healthy, but still needs some veggie to make it a balance meal! rite?
Ingredients;
2 cups cooked rice
1 egg, beaten
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 large prawns
2 crabmeat stick, cubed
50g lean meat
1 handful of bean sprouts
1 handful shredded lettuce
¾ tbsp tom yam paste
Dash of salt
Oil for frying
Some spring onions, chopped
Some fried onions

Method,
-Scrambled egg in a heated wok, removed & set aside for later use.
-Fry garlic with some oil till fragrant, add in meat & prawns, fry till half cooked.
-Add rice, crabmeat stick & bean sprouts.
-Fry till rice loosen & well mixed, stir in tom yam paste & salt.
-When rice is ready, mix well with lettuce.
-Sprinkle some chopped spring onions over, serve with fried onions.
-Enjoy!
