Mixed Rice (Fried Rice Version)

Been bringing home cooked food to office as lunch recently. Getting sick & tired of all those food around my office area. I will normally save aside watever food we had for dinner the nite b4, packed into lunch boxes, heat up in the office during lunch the next day.
As usual, i brought lunch to office yesterday. However, anna's bf cooked some abacus seeds & brought to our office during lunch. Its not nice when someone specially brings u food & got rejected. Therefore, i accepted his food whereas since mine hasn't been heated up, i brought hm for dinner instead.

I cook the mixed vegetables rice in fried rice verion, watever shred watever ingredients i have, stir fry with rice & serve. Its as easy as abc.....& it taste great! In fact tis is the 1st time i'm doing so. Therefore, i would suggest to mum if we have watever left over food which we can't finish during dinner, they can be kept & fry with rice the next day.
