I used to wonder wat's so great about cola chicken until i tried it today. The 1st time i heard about tis dish was when i was in my secondary school days.
Watched HK drama series, heard them mentioning that juz need to marinate chicken with the soft drinks, bring to cook will do.
But i wonder, soft drinks makes it sweet, how bout any seasonings to make it salty so that the taste will more or less balance up?! Well, isn't it almost the same as how i made my version of stewed pork belly? Decided to do trial & error & the results turn out to be perfect. Yummy~licious.
I onli regret not making more portion, some how or rather feels that not reali enough to share between Adam, Jesper & Mi. keke.....
