Deep Fried Dumplings

I came across round shape dumpling skins when i was doing my weekly shopping at the market tis morning. Decided to buy 200g of it to make some snacks for Adam & Jesper since both of them will be having dinner at home.
Preparation was quick & easy. After buying all the ingredients from the market, i marinaded them & set aside in the fridge until later in the afternoon when it was bout time to cook dinner den i start to wrap them.
Ingredients;
2 portion minced pork
1 portion minced prawns
5 water chestnut, chopped
2 stalk spring onion, chopped
Some dumpling skins, round
1 egg ,beaten
Oil for frying

Marinate;
2 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
Pinch of salt & msg
1 tbsp sesame oil
Dash of pepper
Dash of corriander powder
1 tsp cornflour

Method;
-Marinade meat & prawns with the marinate except cornflour. Stir in water chestnut & spring onions.
-Set aside in fridge for at least an hour.
-Place a tsp of mixture on a pc of dumpling skin, brush the edge with beaten egg, fold over to form a semi circle to seal.
-Deep fried in hot oil till golden brown.
-Serve with dips.
-Enjoy!
