Fish Nibbles

There's this fillet of halibut fish lyinf in our freezer for 2 days. I intend to make them into fish patties for fish burgers, but come to think of it, looks like i can onli make 3 miserable pieces. Therefore, i decided to make them into fish nibbles as finger food.

1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Oil for frying

-Prepare a thick batter by mixing all the ingredients together.
-Dip fish strips into batter, deep fried till golden brown in hot oil.
-Serve with low fat mayonnaise or tartar sauce.
-Enjoy!
