Ekina Style DIY Popiah

We had Ekina's Syle DIY Popiah for dinner the other day. I had been wanting to try this out using vietnam rice paper rether than the traditional popiah skin.Its something different from what u get outside.

These are all the ingredients needed~ chinese sausages,hard boiled egg,crabmeat sticks,bean sprouts,lettuce,turnip,rice crispies & of cuz the sauces like sweet soya & homemade chili paste.

This is a ready rolled up popiah by me.Since adam was lazy to diy himself,i got no choice but to do it for him,in any case he make a big mess.

I enjoy wrapping & eating the popiah at the same time. That's y i would suggest this hands on thingy, so that u get to enjoy the fruit of your labour.Plus it will be more fun to do so!

Simple steps:

1) Soften the rice paper in lukewarm water, place onto a place.

2) Spread sauces, top with ur preferred ingredients.

3) Roll up and pop into ur mouth

4) Chew them slowly & say yum yum, its heavenly! haha...
