Spicy Prawn "Cintan" Noodles

Adam came back on an empty stomach from his soccer match. Was thinking since he's feeling tired to buy lunch from the nearby coffeeshop, decided to cook a quick noodle soup for him.
Mum's method of cook noodle soup is to throw everything inside, however my standard is to blanch noodles in hot water, drain & discard the water. Using fresh water to cook stock for soup base. Well, though it's more of a hassle but doing so, the dish woulf be healthier & lower in calories.
Ingredients;
2 piece non-fried cintan noodles, blanched & drain
Stock
Pinch of salt
Shallots oil
Spinach
Prawns
Meatballs
Fishcake slices

Seafood tofu
Fried shallots
Homemade ginger flower chili paste

Method;
-Place noodles in a serving bowl.
-Bring stock to boil, all ingredients.
-Season to taste, stir in chili paste.
-Sprinkle fried shallots & serve.
-Enjoy!

A quick & simple lunch for Adam.
