These wonderful snacks are wonderful. The best thing is they are quick & easy to prepare.
It will be best if u have some ready fried anchovies at home, but not a hassle to fried them as well. I had some ready fried sambal chili anchovies which i store in a jar, juz nice as i can use them for tis snacks!
Simply;
-Mix batter using self raising flour & rice flour in a ratio of 2:1, add enough water to make into batter.
-Season with salt & pinches of corriander powder.
-Add spring onions & fried anchovies.
-Drop tablespoonfuls of batter & deep fried till golden brown.
-Serve with mayonnaise.
-Enjoy!
