Ingredients;
500g green beans, soaked
350g sweet potatoes, cubed
3 tbsp black sugar
1 pot boiling water
3 pandan leaves
Method;
-Boil pandan leaves with green beans in pot of boiling water for about 20mins.
-Add sweet potatoes cubes, continue to boil until potatoes soft. (about 10 mins)
-Add in black sugar to taste, adjust the sweetness according to own preference.
-Enjoy!
*Black sugars aids in stomach indigestion, removes wind from tummy.
