Maggie Goreng

"Maggie mee, fast to cook, good to eat!" That's the slogan for maggie noodles where i always hear. Well, almost everyone in Singapore know what is maggie mee. Some indian food stalls even sells stir fry spicy mee goreng. I wanna have it the chinese way. haha..

Ingredients;
2 packet of maggi noodles, blanched & drained
A handful of beansprouts
Some chye sim, shred
Some beancurd, diced
Crabmeat stick, diced
Dark soy sauce
Chili paste
Salt
Oil for frying
Roasted sesame seeds


Method,
-In a heated wok, fry chye sim, beancurd, crabmeat stick for a min, add beansprouts.
-Fry for a min, push ingredients to side of wok.
-Add noodles to the wok, fry for 2 mins, add seasonings and fry well.
-Mix all ingredients together & toss well.
-Sprinkle sesame seeds over & serve.
-Enjoy!

A quick & easy simple meal.
