双肠炒饭

双肠 doesn't mean the big & small intestines, but it is sausages. Our family loves sausages, be it Chinese version or the English version of hotdogs, these 2 can always be found in our home kitchen.
Since i was at home on a public holiday, wat else can i do other than spending time in the kitchen cooking? haha...
Ingredients;
Chinese sausage
Chicken franks, also knowns as hotdogs
2 crabmeat sticks, diced
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup cooked rice
1 clove garlic, minced
Some chopped scallions
Pinch of salt
Light Soy sauce
Oil for frying

Method;
-Diced both chinese sausages & hotdogs, set aside for later use.
-In a wok without oil, fry chinese sausages to remove excess fats.
-Place onto a kitchen paper to drain. Use a clean kitchen paper to clean off oil from wok.
-Add some oil to wok, scrambled eggs & push to side of wok.
-Fry garlic till fragrant, add hotdogs, diced crabmeat sticks & rice.
-Toss well, add seasonings & chinese sausages.
-Fry over hign heat for a min, stir in chopped scallions & serve.
-Enjoy!
