韭菜腐皮卷

Oh mine, i'm supposed to use the minced pork for my scotched eggs and i only realize that after i completed wrapping the beancurd parcels. Lolz... I've some chives leftover from this morning's mee siam breakfast and since not wanting to waste it, decided to use them to prepare a deep fried snack.

Ingredients;
Beancurd sheet
Minced pork
Minced prawns
Chives
Salt
Light soy sauce
Cornflour
Oil for frying

Method;
-Marinade minced pork and prawns with light soy sauce and salt for about 5-10 mins.
-Marinade chopped chives with little oil & salt for awhile, mix chives into meat mixture.
-Add cornflour into fillings mixture and mix well.
-Cut beancurd sheet into small rectangle size, clean with a damp cloth.
-Place teaspoonful of fillings onto beancurd sheet, foldover to seal.
-Deep fried till golden brown and serve with chili sauce.
-Enjoy!
