韭菜虾米炒蛋

Chives is Teochew's favourite. However, for a non-Teochew like me, I do fancy chives, when it's being cooked the smell less way!

Ingredients;
1 bunch chives, cut into length of 4 cm
1 handful dried shrimps, soaked and drained
1 egg
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying

Method,
-Scrambled eggs in little bit of oil, set aside for later use.
-Fry garlic in oil till fragrant.
-Add dried shrimp, continue to fry for about 2 mins.
-Stir in chives, fry for awhile.
-Return eggs to wok, season to taste.
-Give it a quick stir and serve.
-Enjoy!
