This is my all time favourite dish & its a dish where i always order whenever i'm dining at Xinwang HK Cafe. Since i bought some cheese yesterday, decided to make my own baked spaghetti at home.
As I marinated the pork chop after i came back from the market tis morning, all i have to do is to cook the spaghetti & baked them will do. Within an hour's time, lunch is ready for Adam!
Ingredients;
Grilled pork chop
Plate of cooked spaghetti
1 onion, chopped
5 button mushroom, sliced
5 tbsp pasta sauce
Pinch of salt
20ml water
Some mozzarella + cheddar cheese
Chopped parsley
Melted butter
Grilled pork chop;
-Marinate pork chop slices with baking soda, light soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, pepper & honey for at least 3 hrs.
-Pan fry with melted butter over low flame till cooked.
Method;
-Fry onions in melted butter till fragrant, stir in mushrooms & pasta sauce.
-Add water & seasonings.
-Toss in spaghetti noodles.
-Brush some melted butter onto a baked rice dish, place some noodles into the dish.
-Top with 2 slices of pork chop, sprinkle cheese on top.
-Bake at 220 degree Celsius for 15mins.
-Sprinkle some chopped parsley over & serve immediately.
-Enjoy!
