Teriyaki Chicken Steak With Caramelized Onions

I've come to know that chicken breasts as compared to chicken thighs are much lower in calories.
This is a healthy way of preparing chicken. Using chicken breasts, cook without oil, serve with onions cooked with balsamic vinegar. Hmm...for ladies who are counting calories, this dish should be quite acceptable!!! I think so lah! haha.....

Ingredients;
2 chicken breasts
½ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
Dash of brown sugar
Some butter
1 onion, sliced
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper

Method;
-Mix teriyaki sauce with sugar & baking soda.
-Marinade chicken breast for at least an hour.
-Using a non-stick frying pan, pan fry chicken breast for 3 mins on both sides.
-Pour in remaining marinate, let the sauces be fully absorbed by the chicken.
-Place chicken steak on a serving dish.
-Melt some butter in the pan.
-Fry onions for 7-8 mins.
-Pout in balsamic vinegar, season with salt & pepper.
-Serve caramelized onions over chicken steak.
-Enjoy!
