Pan Seared Teriyaki Chicken Wings

Poor Adam had been working till past midnite these few days. He will be home for dinner tonite as he will be home in the afternoon.
I cooked some of his favourite dish & this happened to be 1 of them.

Normally i will baked these wings, but decided on a quicker method.I realise that pan seared method is quick & easy, sort of like grilling in a pan.Most importantly, its yummy!

Ingredients;
10 chicken wings
3 tbsp Japanese teriyake sauce
Dash of baking soda

Method;
-Marinade chicken wings with teriyaki sauce & baking soda.
-Set aside in fridge for at least 3 hrs.
-Heat a non-stick frying pan, pan fried wings till browned on both sides. -Pour in remaining marinate & bring to full boil till sauce dries up.
-Enjoy!
