Crispy Mushrooms With Sweet & Spicy Drizzle

What should I name this dish? Well, i'm not sure either! Tot of naming it vegetarian sweet and sour pork but comes to think of it, finds the shape abit weird. Hence, decided to name it using a clear cut name.

Ingredients;
8 dried chinese mushrooms, soaked in warm water
Potato starch
Rice flour
Fine salt
Roasted white sesame seeds
Oil for frying

Sauce;
Chili paste
Tomato ketchup
Sugar
Oil

Method;
-Squeeze water out from the mushrooms.
-Trim off the stalk, cut the mushrooms into long strips by trimming along the perimeter.
-continue until all mushrooms finishes.
-Sprinkle fine salt over mushroom strips.
-Set aside for 1/2 hr, let it season.
-Sprinkle potato starch and rice flour over.
-Deep fried in war oil till crispy, drained.
-Bring sauce to boil, remove from heat when it thickens.
-Drizzle sauce over mushroom, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and serve.
-Enjoy!
