Oh well, we had a heavy breakfast, therefore skipped our lunch. Ended up looking for something to snack on during tea-break.
1 packet siew mai
Sauce ingredients;
1 tsp hoisin sauce
3/4 tsp homemade chili paste
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sweet dark soy sauce
1 tsp water
Method;
-Lay siew mai on a metal plate and steam on high heat for about 8 mins.
-Prepare sweet sauce by bring all the sauce ingredients to boil.
-Drizzle over siew mai, sprinkle sesame seeds over & serve.
-Enjoy!
