Honey Lime Ice Jelly Dessert

Been having ice jelly dessert very frequent during a period of time last year and since i haven been going into JB recently, decided to make my own ice jelly dessert for the family.

Ingredients;
1 packet ice jelly (instant)
6 tsp honey
Juice from 4 big limes
1 cup water
Ice cubes

Method;
-Follow instructions on the ice jelly packing and prepare the jelly accordingly.
-Pour into 2 tray and leave to cool.
-Place in the fridge to chill for at least an hour.
-Stir honey with water, stir in lime juice.
-Cut the jelly into small cubes and mix with honey syrup.
-Serve with ice-cubes and enjoy!

My chewy jelly....
