Baked Spicy Terriyaki Cod Fish Strips

I love the tidbits cod fish fillet, especially when it was being bbq till crispy. Dad's fren gave us a huge packet of cod fish strips and i decided to bake them till crispy however, might find them plan and thus prepare a spicy terriyaki sauce to enhanced the taste and the verdict: Delicious!

Ingredients;
1 packet of cod fish strip tidbits
1/2 tsp terriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp water
1/2 tsp chili oil
1/4 tsp homemade chili paste
Pinch of sugar

Method;
-Lay cod fish strips onto a baking tray
-Mix sauce ingredients together, brush or sprinkle onto fish strips.
-Toast in an oven toaster for 4-6 mins or until crispy.
-Enjoy!

*PS: Do not preheat the oven toaster, otherwise the fish strips will get burnt b4 they turn crispy!
They are lovely! goes perfectly well with an alcoholic drink, guess i've to make more later in the night for Adam when he watches soccer matches. haha..
