香辣芝麻肉丁

Mum commented that she cooking dinner is giving her a terrible headache as she runs out of ideas of what to cook for dinner. Sometimes i find that housewives has the the most "noble" occupation as they tends to crack their brain cells just for the sake of family!
Muma are great! 3 cheers for all the greatest mums in the world! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! :-P

Ingredients;
2 strips pork belly, remove skin & cut into cubes
Corn starch
Lettuce
Roasted sesame seeds
Oil for deep frying

Marinate;
Light soy sauce
Pinch of salt
Bicarbonate soda

Sauce;
3 tsp spicy chili paste
2 tbsp thai chili sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp white vinegar
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp sugar
20ml water

Method;
-Marinade meat for at least 2 hours.
-Dust with cornflour and deep fried till crispy & golden brown. Drained.
-Bring sauce to boil. When it thickens, toss in meat and coat well.
-Serve over bed of lettuce, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
-Enjoy!
Surprised that this dish is a hit as everyone in the family love it.
