1 bar dried noodles
Some holland peas, boiled
1 hard boil egg
Boiling water
Seasoning for noodles;
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
Stock
1/2 tsp chili paste
1/4 tsp oil
Oyster chicken stew;
1/4 fresh chicken, chopped
1 shallots, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
Oyster sauce
Dark soy sauce
Sugar
Salt
Stock
Oil for frying
Method;
-Cook the chicken 1st by frying garlic and shallots in oil.
-When they are lightly browned, add chicken and fry till 70% cooked.
-Add seasonings and stock, simmer till gravy thickens and chicken cooked.
-Boil noodles in boiling water, drained and toss with noodles seasoning.
-Serve with chicken, eggs and greens.
-Drizzle some chicken gravy over if noodles are too dry.
-Enjoy!
