Prata Pockets with Sambal

Dad bought some dried shrimps from Malaysia. Hence, i decided to make some chili sambal. Cool, chili sambal is ideal to serve with many carbo or bread products. Singaporean loves it with bread. I decided to give it a slight twist.

Ingredients;
1 pc frozen prata
Some ready made sambal (hei bee hiam)

Method;
-Pan fry prata till lightly brown on both side.
-Cut prata into 4 triangles, peel open from the pointed end.
-Stuff with sambal, toast in sandwich maker till crispy & golden brown.
-Enjoy!
