Prata Pockets with Sambal
Dad bought some dried shrimps from Malaysia. Hence, i decided to make some chili sambal. Cool, chili sambal is ideal to serve with many carbo or bread products. Singaporean loves it with bread. I decided to give it a slight twist.
Ingredients;1 pc frozen prataSome ready made sambal (hei bee hiam)
Method;-Pan fry prata till lightly brown on both side.-Cut prata into 4 triangles, peel open from the pointed end.-Stuff with sambal, toast in sandwich maker till crispy & golden brown.-Enjoy!
