Unhealthy yet delicious junk food appear in my life AGAIN! Oh gosh... i'm supposed to be on a diet ever since i came back from Hongkong. Y am i doing this again? Haiz... who can resist the charm of junk food? Wat to do, but Thank God for my strong determination as i onli ate 1 drumlet. Haha.....
Ingredients;
10 chicken drumlets
Salt
MSG
Pepper
Rice flour
Plain flour
Oil for deep frying
Sauce:
Sambal chili
Sweet dark soy sauce
Roasted sesame seeds
Method:
-Wash & clean drumlets.
-Marinate with salt for 30mins.
-Wash off marinate, mix in msg, pepper & flours.
-Deep fried in hot oil till cooked. Drained on kitchen paper.
-Mix contents for sauce, drizzle over drumlets.
-Sprinkle some sesame seeds & serve.
-Enjoy!
