1 Can Tuna in salt water
1 tbsp light salad cream
2 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
¼ tsp pepper
3 pineapple rings, cubed
6 mini mantou, halved
Some cherry tomatoes
Soft butter
Method;
-Prepare tuna mayo spread by draining tuna chucks, run over hot water.
-Mash into flakes, add pineapples, pepper, mayo & salad cream.
-Mix well & chilled. -Sliced the mantou, spread some butter over.
-Toast in the oven for 5-10 mins until crispy & brown.
-Spread tuna spread over, top with cherry tomato.
-Serve as snacks.
-Enjoy!
