黑豆鸡脚汤

Chinese always believe & has a saying which means;
-If your legs are weak, u should take more chicken claws.
-If you r not so clever, should take more pig brain. haha...
Well, its no harm trying. Been walking alot lately, guess this 黑豆鸡脚汤 will more or less help me strengthen my legs. haha...

Ingredients;
250g black beans
¾ pot boiling water
12 chicken claws
¼ tsp salt
Chicken bones & neck

Method;
-Wash & soak black beans for 2-3 hrs.
-Pour boiling water into a slow cooker, add in black beans & cook for 3hrs.
-Add in chicken bones & neck, continue to cook for another 1 hrs, add in the chicken claws.
-Boil the soup for another 2-3 hrs, season with salt.
-Enjoy!


*The longer the soup is being simmered, the better the taste.
