Salted Pumpkin Seeds

Since i bought pumpkin and not wanting to waste the seeds, decided to fry my own pumpkin seeds as tidbits. Mum mentioned before that her colleague used to fry pumpkin seeds for her company staff when she was young and i decided to venture on my own.

Ingredients;
Fresh pumpkin seeds
Salt

Method;
-Wash and drained pumpkin seeds.
-Lay them on kitchen towel to dry.
-Warm a non-stick frying pan, fry the pumpkin seeds on super low heat.
-Fry till sides are lightly brown, about 20 mins.
-Season with pinch of salt.
-Cool and store in containers.
-Enjoy!
