4-5 leaves cabbage, cut into sections
A handful of holland peas, shred
2 baby carrots, cut into sticks
1 garlic, minced
Oyster sauce
Pinch of salt
Rojak flower sambal chili
Stock
Oil for frying
Method,
-Fry garlic in hot oil till fragrant, add carrots and fry for a min.
-Stir in cabbage, fry for a min, add stock and simmer till soften.
-Toss in holland peas.
-Season to taste, serve.
-Enjoy!
