Fancy Delights' Fanciful Egg Tarts

There's a trend of 'unique' egg tarts here in Singapore. Our normal egg tarts' pastry is low and with sweet custard egg fillings inside. However, these unique tarts' pastry are double the height of a normal egg tart, with assorted fillings to chosses from.

Sweet fillings will be like strawberry jam, mango, chocolate chips, blueberry etc... while the savoury ones are cheese, minced chicken, black pepper etc...
