Sambal Prawns With Coconut Rice

Paid Aunty Sarah a visit just now as i bought some apple strudel for her and instead, came back home with a plate of samabl prawns with coconut rice. :-P Yeah...it was meant for Aunty Sarah's dinner and she gave mi half the portion. That's the problem with her as she prefers to give and take. Since i gave her some food, she return some as well. :-P

I love the sambal so much! Spicy, fragrant, simply delicious! Even mum and adam can't resist temptation and help themselves with the rice. :-)
